Unfortunately with temperatures pushing to -42 with the windchill tomorrow we have to postpone the ski trip. We've contacted Holiday Mountain and the best date they have available is Monday March 17th.
We have tentatively booked the date. More details to follow soon.

Your News... In Real-Time!
At Bruce Middle School we've decided to go paperless with our newsletter.
There are two advantages to this:
- The saving of paper is a savings in costs and more importantly another step in our ongoing commitment to sustainability.
- By offering news in this format, we can now provide our community with real-time news as it happens, instead of waiting until the end of the month to send out information.

Spring Dance
February is undoubtedly the busiest month of our school year. We have grade 7 winter camp, open house, Brandon Jazz Festival, the grade 7 olympics, the ski trip and preparations for Project Recycled Runway. Add to this the fact that most of the grade 8 class will be away at Festival Du Voyageur on February 14th. For these reasons, we've decided to have a Spring Dance instead of a Valentine's Day Dance. More details will follow in the coming month regarding the date and music selection for the event.
