Your News... In Real-Time!

At Bruce Middle School we've decided to go paperless with our newsletter.

There are two advantages to this:

- The saving of paper is a savings in costs and more importantly another step in our ongoing commitment to sustainability.

- By offering news in this format, we can now provide our community with real-time news as it happens, instead of waiting until the end of the month to send out information.

    Bridge Building and Testing!

The grade 7 students in Mrs. Sproll's science classes are busy this week testing their bridges for their final project and assessment of the unit forces and structures. Students designed a blueprint and created their bridge using materials of their choice. Students calculated the structural efficiency based on the mass of the load and structure. The winners of the best structural efficiency are yet to be determined. Thank you to Mr. Harland for helping out!
