Your News... In Real-Time!

At Bruce Middle School we've decided to go paperless with our newsletter.

There are two advantages to this:

- The saving of paper is a savings in costs and more importantly another step in our ongoing commitment to sustainability.

- By offering news in this format, we can now provide our community with real-time news as it happens, instead of waiting until the end of the month to send out information.

Freeze Frame 2014

Freeze Frame 2014: March 6 to 16, 2014

Educate. Create. Celebrate.

See the world up close. Be a star in your own movie. Explore the future of media.
The world is an amazingly diverse place and there is no better way to explore it than through movies and the media arts. Never before have we been able to explore other countries, cultures, languages, and ideas like we can now.

When we watch movies or we make our own movies we become part of an emerging universal language that has the potential to bring all of us closer together.

The 18th annual Freeze Frame festival offers students and teachers a front row seat in these exciting times where they may experience some of the best films being made for youth from around the world, as well as explore the wide range of filmmaking techniques and media technologies that are evolving and shaping our world.

Full Festival details will be available mid-January 2014 online at:
